I’m Michael J. Cohen, an attorney in Atlanta, GA, specializing in solving legal issues for property owners and their tenants, including eviction matters.

I’ve been a landlord-tenant lawyer for over forty years, and my vast expertise has helped settle cases amicably for clients from all walks of life.

I serve clients in Fulton County, DeKalb County, Gwinnett County, Cobb County, Buckhead, Atlanta, and Sandy Springs, Georgia.
